These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of bedigames.com (the “Website”), operated by Bedigames (“Bedigames”, “we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website is intended for business visitors, including aggregators, platform providers, operators, press and job applicants. It does not offer real-money gaming of any kind.
Use of the website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or with other visitors. In particular, you must not:

- introduce malicious code, or run automated scraping or load testing against the Website;
- use the Website or its content to misrepresent your identity or your relationship with Bedigames;

Eligibility
Our games are designed for adults in regulated markets. By using the Website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction if higher.
Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including the Bedigames name, the Catch’n Grab name, logos, artwork, game designs, mechanics descriptions, text and code, is owned by or licensed to Bedigames and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. Any other use requires our prior written permission. Approved press may use materials from our press kit in line with the guidance on our Press page.
Game demos and confidential materials
Demo builds, maths sheets, certification documents and other materials we share with partners are provided for evaluation only. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, they are confidential, remain our property and must not be shared, reverse engineered or used in a live environment.
Commercial distribution of our games is governed exclusively by a separate signed agreement between you and Bedigames.
Third-party links
The Website may link to third-party websites, such as responsible gaming organisations. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Disclaimer
The Website and its content are provided “as is” for general information. While we work to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties about its completeness, accuracy or availability, and we may change or withdraw content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedigames is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bedigames is registered, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
